This week’s goal: Acknowledge acts of kindness & spread kindness to those who may least expect it!
Throughout the week, staff handed out “Kindness Matters” bracelets to students they caught being kind! This was a way for us to be intentional and acknowledge the many kids who go do things to fill the bucket of others! 
We actually had a couple of students who then gifted their own bracelet to a peer who they saw do something kind. 
Two of our classrooms partnered together to spread kindness to some of our staff who don’t always get to participate in all of the fun classroom activities. Ms. Wolfgram (1st) and Mrs. Mitzel’s (4th) classes put together goodie boxes of favorite drinks
and snacks
for our office staff, student support, Title and Special Edication teachers, and TAG. Talk about a surprise! 
Thank you to the parents of those classes who helped to make this happen! 
Kindness is contagious, and we couldn’t be more proud of our students and staff for building that culture at Butler!
