When you graduate, a final copy of your transcript will be sent to the college you indicated you were attending on the Class Night sheet.

If you need a copy of your transcript sent to college sooner, stop into the Counseling Office to talk to Jeri Bird or email jbird@fdschools.org with where you would like your transcript sent to.

For students who have already graduated, you need to contact the Registrar's Office at (515) 574-5679 or registrar@fdschools.org.

Please include the following information when calling/emailing:

• First and Last Name

  • Be sure to include the name you had at the time you graduated (maiden name, previous last name, etc.)

• The year you graduated

• Name of college you'd like your transcript sent to

• Address or Email Address transcript needs to be sent to
