FDSH is a community of engaged learners who enjoy learning, support risk taking, and are comfortable challenging each other to think more deeply. We strive for an environment where all people are accepted for who they are and conflict is navigated at every level through discussion and negotiation. We graduate students who are prepared with the critical thinking skills and resiliency to be successful after high school in their chosen paths. We trust and care for each other and celebrate each other’s successes.
